Nicholas Said

Owner & Head Performance Coach, Elevate Performance

Speed is trainable. Athleticism is buildable. But only with the right system and the right coach. With over a decade developing national and international competitors, I bring elite-level methodology to every athlete I work with.

MY APPROACH

My career has been built on one principle: the same science that wins championships should be available to every athlete — not just the elite. From NSW Cup, State Championship & Minor Premier titles with Newtown Jets, to three trophies with Kingsway Olympic in 2024, I've seen what a structured, evidence-based system produces at the highest level.

SIMPLE IDEAS

Progressive, science-backed training built around how athletes actually develop speed, strength, and movement.

LASTING IMPACT

Athletes who leave Elevate Performance don't just perform better. They understand their bodies, train smarter, and carry those habits for life.

Nicholas Said has spent over a decade developing athletes across rugby league, soccer, and youth sport, combining the rigour of a degree of Sports Science with the practical edge of a coach who has prepared national competitors. At Elevate Performance, that same elite methodology is now accessible to every athlete who walks through the door regardless of age, level, or sport.

Whether your athlete is chasing a starting position, a faster split time, or simply wants to move and compete with more confidence the methodology here is the same one used at the highest levels of the game.
