SCHOOL HOLIDAY SPEED CLINIC
Our School-Holiday Speed Clinic is a high-energy, two-hour intensive that teaches the fundamentals of sprint mechanics and explosive change of direction in a fun, supportive environment. Designed for athletes aged 8 – 17, the clinic blends skill-focused drills with live timing and feedback so every participant leaves faster and more confident than when they arrived.
Over the course of the morning (9 AM – 11 AM), athletes rotate through stations that target acceleration, top-end speed, and agility.
The session is led by Coach Nicholas - an ASCA Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach and former Newtown Jets S&C coach. Nicholas’ evidence-based approach balances biomechanics with age-appropriate fun, helping athletes translate technique into real-game speed.
