Our Speed Academy, is designed for youth athletes aged 8 to 17 years old who want to gain a real edge on the field or court.

This program is more than just running from A to B. We teach proper sprint mechanics and change of direction techniques in a fun, safe, and structured environment—helping young athletes build speed the right way.

Here’s what your child will develop in the Speed Academy:

Explosive Acceleration – Develop rapid first-step quickness and top-end speed
Elite Footwork & Agility – Master movement patterns that enable quick direction changes
Proper Running Mechanics – Learn efficient sprint technique that transfers across all sports
Coordination & Balance – Improve overall movement quality and athletic control
